- Returned without original packaging including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged
- Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse
- Product is used or altered by customer
- If request is initiated after 7 business days of order delivery

How do I initiate a return for replacement?Write to us on wiserootsayurveda@gmail.com or message us to 8891520200, to initiate a return for the order which has already been shipped or delivered. We will initiate a return pick-up according to the return Policy and replace it, after the product is received back and verified.
How long does the return process take?Pick-up of the product will be done within 5-7 days of you raising a return request. Please keep the product ready and our delivery partner will arrive for pick-up with necessary documentation.
Do I have an option to replace a product?Yes, currently you can only get a replacement for a defective or damaged product.
Are there any cancellation charges?There are no separate cancellation charges. If the product dispatched, will charge Courier Charge amount.
Order cancellation and product replace1. Delivery accepted only in India. You can only apply for an order cancellation in case of delayed delivery (if delayed more than 15 working days) or damaged product.
2. You cannot make changes in delivery address and other data after confirming your order. We are not responsible for any mismatch in delivery address other data entered while ordering.
3. Cancellations are not available after the order is shipped.
When am I going to receive the order I placed?
Once we receive your order, we will ship your products within 1 to 2 days. Our trusted courier partners ensure timely delivery. The shipment will reach you in 5 to 9 days, depending on your location
How to track the delivery status?

What would be the delivery charge?
Delivery charges are based on the Products size, weight, and destination of the package
